Wonderful Weekend

This weekend was SO nice! We won a trip to stay in a cabin up in Island park for two nights. So we finally got to take advantage of it we headed up on Friday. We took the kids and all. It turned out pretty good. Noah had a few little fits but he was really good for the most part. He even slept in his own bed till around 5-6 each morning. But then Colby went in and they both went back to sleep. Elijah did very well also. He only got up to eat once every night. Witch is normal.
On Friday night we got up to are Cabin at about 5 so we started dinner right away because we were starving and ready for ribs. After that we just relaxed and watch a movie and ate pop corn. After that Elijah and Noah were laid down for bed and Colby and I were able to sit in the hot tub and look at the stars for a little while. It was nice to be able to go hot tubing again!

This is one of my favorite pictures.

We found him like this after we came in from the hot tub. He had rolled off his tummy and then off onto the side just like this. lol Silly! His only 2 months and already rolling over:)

Saturday we got up had breakfast and then headed out for a little hiking. We went to this great spot called Coffee Pot and we took a long half mile hike. It ended up being a good mile hike once we were done. Noah had a great time finding walking sticks and look at the animals along the way. Then we headed home for lunch and off to Montana to go the Yellow Stone. We walked around there for about 2hours and had a little ice cream and then off to park so Noah could play while I fed Elijah. After a fun day we took off back to the cabin and decided we were ready for relaxing. So got dinner ready and Noah took a nap so Colby and I ate dinner together witch was kinda nice. Then Noah got up and was cranky so we went in the hot tub to wake him a up and let him play for a little while. He loved so splash and kick like he was swimming. He wanted to jump in the middle and kept getting his face in about half way. So naturally he was ready to get out after a few face fulls of water. After hot tubing Noah ate his dinner and then Colby was ready a little relaxing watching t.v and I was ready for some relaxing and a little Twilight:) I got in just over 100 pages and am for sure glued to it. After a couple hours we were ready for kids to go down and ready for a movie. Not to long after the kids were asleep we were ready for bed also.

Sunday we got up ate breakfast and then gathered are things and headed out about 2min before are check out time at 10. After that it was off to Mesa falls and it was SO pretty. We were really exited to go see it and just driving around it on the high way you wouldn't think that the valley was so deep. It wasn't to bad hiking to it because of all the stairs but it was worth a few stairs. Then it was home that we were headed to. After arriving it was time for more relaxing and then we went to a families house for yummy home made pizza and the guys were off shooting there bows.
Mesa falls

So all in all it was a wonderful relaxing much needed vacation and the part was we only spent $17 the whole trip and that was well worth it for yummy home made taffy.
