Yesterday Colby had his Surgery. We were there at 9:30 and they took him back at about 10:30. I went and payed a few bills and grabed lunch. I got over to the Surgery center and made a couple watch bands and then they were ready for me to come in to see Colb's. He came out of it really well. They had an easy time waking him up. And everything was great. We left there about an hour after he was done and then we had to get medication. We were in town another hour waiting for his medication at Wal-Mart. It was sure nice to be home after that. WE had a good evening with yummy home made Chicken noodle soup. I colored Tamlee's hair and it came out good. Not to bad for my first time. Then we sat around for a little bit. Bed time was great because I was super tired. Colby had a rough time sleeping and was hurting so he was up for about 3 hours. We have are phones by us so that if he needs me he can call me. But he never called me so I guess he was being nice and letting me sleep. He feels good this morning and so we will see how the rest of the week goes. It was such a blessing that Colby's mom was able to watch the boys. I had told her that I could find someone to watch them but she was glade to and said that she felt like it would be fun. So the boys were really good and that they played and worked and payed some more and worked some more. Noah helped in the Garden and they played. She said it was fun and that she was glade that they were so good for her . She thought that she wouldn't get a lot done but she got more done then she thought. It was nice to be able to leave them and not have another stressful thing on my mind. As for the rest of the next few weeks we will see how things go. We are still counting are blessing and waiting to see what are Heavenly father has in store for our fun little family.

Glad that it all went well. It can only go up from here!! I hope that the job works out for his intern. That would be great! A reason for everything and I hope this leads to bigger and better things for your family!!
Oh, Trisha. I am so sorry about the accident. I'm glad that the surgery went well. We will keep Colby in our prayers.

WOW! So much going on this summer! I haven't been on anyone's blogs since my kids got out of school and I can see that I missed out on a LOT! LOL
I just spent over an hour reading back since June on your blog! I am glad that you are getting settled. Looking for a place to live is stressful, but not as stressful as not having your own place. Sheesh! For $1200 a month you could have a mortgage and OWN something rather than borrow someone else's!
Glad to see that you are well and tell Colby to get well soon!
